Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Agile Actors, carrying over 15 years of hands-on experience in Java backend enterprise development—specializing in Spring, Quarkus, microservices, and a variety of frameworks, architectures, and design patterns.
Throughout the years, I’ve facilitated and contributed to mission-critical systems across the gaming, lottery, and financial sectors, in collaboration with organizations such as Intralot, Camelot Global (now part of Allwyn Lottery Solutions), Scientific Games, and Swissquote.
Being strong advocate of a people-first mentality in engineering teams, grounded in the belief that trust, empathy, and empowerment are essential for personal and collaborative success.
I actively support and enforce learning through serving roles as instructor and training program director, and I’m deeply committed to mentoring and facilitating teams toward shared technical and organizational goals—ensuring both delivery excellence and team well-being.
